Meet the Founder
Regina Binder brings over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, permitting, project management, and sustainable development, working with communities, tourism and cultural ministries, NGOs, and private entities to achieve sustainable preservation and planning goals. Her expertise in preservation is matched by her commitment to fostering inclusive social, economic, and environmental benefits that respect both community identity and long-term resilience.
Binder holds an MSc in Historic Preservation from Columbia University and a BA in Art History from Vassar College. She is a member of the National Alliance of Preservation Commissions and ICOMOS and serves as Chairman of the Board of the Provincetown Community Compact.
